At Rodger Constructions Pty Ltd we have in place an Intergrated Management System and continue to upgrade and improve the manuals as the need arises. Rodger Constructions Pty Ltd also has in place an Enviromental Management system. These systems are third party accredited.

We are currently pre-qualified for civil works with Vic Roads and the Building Practitioners Board all within Victoria.

We are a Quality endorsed company and have our Quality Manual Registered:

We have on staff a qualified auditor who has successfully completed E.T.R.S Stebbing Training course in Quality Management.

We also undertake a wide range of training (See Employee Training).

​

We have on staff a number of employees who have completed a 5 day OH & S Representatives Course.

​

We have employees who have also completed "basic Wildlife Awareness" which was conducted in conjunction with the CFA and Natural Resources & environment. most employees have also completed Certificate III in Civil Construction (Plant). All personnel have "Construction Induction" training for general construction.

Our Company is registered with the Building Practitioners Board as a demolition contract for medium rise buildings and structures. This accreditation also incorporates provision for asbestos removal, scaffold erection, and recycling techniques.
