The Rodger Group has been developing commercial properties such as Motels, Caravan Parks, Hospitality Venues and Equestrian Centre. The Rodger Group have purchased, rezoned and developed in excess of 1040 residential lots across south West Victoria, with another 1500 lots in strategic land banking as of 2017. The Rodger Group has to date developed approximately 947 acres of raw land and estimate to have produced around double that amount via Civil Construction works for other developers external to the Rodger Group. The Rodger Group manages all aspects of the supply chain from the purchase of raw law, through to planning, rezoning, servicing, road construction, sewer and water construction, production, release, sales and marketing.
